Combining primarily strength training with a little aerobic conditioning and core work.

Your first session is FREE. Come and give it a go.

 

£8 a session thereafter, payable in half term blocks

2 sessions a week £7 per class

Already quite fit? We will push you to the extreme - we've got a 28kg kettlebell just for you.
