Combining strength training with aerobic conditioning and core work.

Lifting weights is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Whatever your age.

We are mostly over 40 but any age welcome.

Currently, our oldest client is Sue aged 78. What a legend.

Your first session is FREE. Come and give it a go.

 

£8 a session thereafter, payable in half term blocks

2 sessions a week £7 per class

3 sessions a week £6 per class

Total beginner? Brilliant. No experience required - we teach you everything you need to know.

Already quite fit? We will push you to the extreme - we've got some 20kg kettlebells just for you.
