Combining an introduction to strength training with aerobic conditioning.

 

Circuits sessions are 10 exercises, with short rest periods, repeated 3 times – set to awesome 80s and 90s dance hits! 

 

Guaranteed endorphin hit!

Also an excellent way to continue strength training after your 12 Week Transformation.
