Hi, I’m Di Hall and the founder of Strengthology. I am 44 years old and a personal trainer with a special interest in peri and post menopausal women’s strength and fitness. 
I coach the online 12 Week Transformation Program.

I’m a mum of three boys and also a part-time NHS radiographer. I know you spend your life juggling priorities at the same time as dealing with your hormones. I’m here to help you prioritise your fitness and wellbeing through strength training and daily coaching/support.

 

You will get into the best shape of your life being physically and mentally stronger.

 

I absolutely LOVE making women stronger, leaner and more confident in their own skin - whatever your starting level.

Hi, I’m Emily, I am 42 and I’m a personal trainer and ladies bootcamp instructor based in the beautiful Malvern Hills. I coach the Colwall 12 Week Transformations.

I’m very excited to be a part of Strengthology and can’t wait to be a part of your 12 week transformations!

 

Having qualified as a personal trainer in Sydney Australia in 2012, I have spent over 12 years motivating and inspiring women of all ages to build strong, fit and flexible bodies. I believe that having the confidence to lift weights in any environment is the key to forming successful, sustainable training habits and in turn achieving the results that clients want and deserve!  

 

I will endeavor to push you beyond what you think you're capable of but at the same time offer fun and varied sessions, leaving you feeling exhilarated and wanting more.

 

Inspiring my clients to be the best versions of themselves is what motivates me every single day.

Hi, my name is Kelly and I am 39 years old. I coach the Monday and Thursday
12 week transformations in Hereford.

I have over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, specialising in health and wellbeing. 

I am ready bring out the best in you! My ladies always say that I’m the perfect mix of compassion, kindness, tough love with a quirky edge. 

As a working mum and understanding the importance of prioritising your health and wellbeing; I’ve loved helping women transform their mind and body and my guidance will ensure you realise your own potential.

Hi I'm Carla. I'm 46 years old and a busy working Mum to 3 children. I coach the Hereford Wednesday and Friday 12 Week Transformations.

I can truly relate to the demands of balancing work and family life, where your own fitness and wellbeing often drops way down the list of priorities...ladies, we are going to change that!!

I am very passionate about women gaining strength, confidence and finding themselves. 

I will share my wealth of personal experience and guide you through your 12 week transformation program, ensuring you perfect your lifting technique, challenge yourself and ultimately feel incredible.

Hi I’m Emma, a busy working mum of 5. I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2018 after a previous career as a Private Client Lawyer. I coach the follow up Graduate sessions of the 12 Week Transformation Program.

I have a special interest in women’s health and strength training through the menopause. I have a Level 4 qualification in obesity and diabetes management and I am qualified as a pre and post natal coach.

I am also the Assistant Gym Manager at Renaissance Fitness in Ledbury. 

 

I am very excited to be joining Strengthology as a coach so I can use my skills and knowledge to help more people.

I love to help women feel confident, strong and empowered.
