Hi, I’m Di Hall and the founder of Strengthology. I am 44 years old and a personal trainer with a special interest in peri- and post-menopausal women’s strength and fitness.
I’m a mum of three boys and also a part-time NHS radiographer. I know you spend your life juggling priorities at the same time as dealing with your hormones. I’m here to help you prioritise your fitness and wellbeing through strength training and daily coaching/support.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years but in the last 10 years I’ve become a women’s health and fitness specialist and advocate.
I’m also a 42 year old mum of 2 beautiful kids, a yoga teacher, a writer and I also work in TV broadcasting.

Having qualified as a personal trainer in Sydney Australia in 2012, I have spent over 10 years motivating and inspiring women of all ages to build strong, fit and flexible bodies. I believe that having the confidence to lift weights in any environment is the key to forming successful, sustainable training habits and in turn achieving the results that clients want and deserve!
I will endeavour to push you beyond what you think you're capable of but at the same time offer fun and varied sessions, leaving you feeling exhilarated and wanting more.

Hi I’m Emma, a busy working mum of 5. I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2018 after a previous career as a Private Client Lawyer. I coach the Hereford
12 Week Transformations.
I have a special interest in women’s health and strength training through the menopause. I have a Level 4 qualification in obesity and diabetes management and I am qualified as a pre and post natal coach.
I am also the Assistant Gym Manager at Renaissance Fitness in Ledbury.
I am very excited to be joining Strengthology as a coach so I can use my skills and knowledge to help more people.
