Our life-changing 12-Week Transformation Program is designed for peri/post menopausal women who are fed up, frustrated, and wondering why nothing works anymore.

Never lifted weights before? Perfect. Nearly all our women start as complete beginners - and we teach you everything in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

Two strength sessions a week is the perfect amount for women juggling busy lives to completely transform their bodies.

If you can't make both classes you can do one at home, in front of the telly. We will show you how.

​Most  women lose  between 1 - 1.5 stone (around 6kg to 9.5kg) during the 12-week program, even after  menopause,  without living on salads or being constantly hungry.

You’ll never feel like you’re doing this alone. You’re supported every step of the way by a coach in her 40s who’s right there with you.

We will support and challenge you no matter what your starting fitness level.

Our sessions are challenging – this is the way to change your body. But they are fun, will make you feel great, and they are specifically adjusted for you.

Nearly all the women we’ve worked with are complete beginners and don’t know a barbell from a dumbbell.

 

We don’t start off lifting heavy weights. We start by using your own body weight and as you get stronger, we add more resistance.

And you are never too old to start lifting weights!

 

Being strong in your 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond helps to control your weight and reduces the risk of developing osteoporosis and sarcopenia, improves mental health, sleep quality, posture, and cardiovascular health.

You are not on your own with this, we will be there for you every day while you achieve your goals

Doing this transformation you are surrounded by equal amounts care and no-nonsense focus to get you the results you want. It's supportive, but holds you accountable. Emily’s warmth, care and passion to help people is just lovely to be surrounded by as you go through the transformation.
