We will provide all the equipment you need, and you’ll train with a small group of like-minded women twice a week.

Two intensive sessions each week is the perfect amount for women juggling busy lives to completely transform their bodies.

Life should be full of delicious food, and we will teach you how to have it, and still get the results you want.



Our bespoke fat loss service takes the guesswork out of losing fat, with a flexible approach via calorie tracking.


You’re not on your own with this, we will literally hold your hand while you achieve your goals.

The 12 Week Transformation 

We will support and challenge you no matter what your starting fitness level.

Our sessions are challenging – it’s the only way to change your body. But they are fun, will make you feel great, and they are specifically adjusted for you.

Nearly all the women we’ve worked with are complete beginners and don’t know a barbell from a dumbbell.


We don’t start off lifting heavy weights, we build up to that. Starting

by using your own bodyweight and as you get stronger, we add more resistance.

And you are never too old to start lifting weights!


Being strong in your 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond helps to control your weight and reduces the risk of developing osteoporosis and sarcopenia, improves mental health, sleep quality, posture, and cardiovascular health.

You are not on your own with this, we will be there for you every day while you achieve your goals

Weekly Circuits Class


For men and women

Combining an introduction to resistance training with aerobic conditioning, Circuits sessions are 10 exercises, with short rest periods, repeated 3 times – all to awesome 80s and 90s dance hits! Guaranteed endorphin hit!

Also an excellent way to continue strength training after your 12 Week Transformation.

Doing this transformation you are surrounded by equal amounts care and no-nonsense focus to get you the results you want. It's supportive, but holds you accountable. I got the result I wanted in 12 weeks, but more importantly - I LOVED doing it. Nothing more empowering than a small group of women cheering each other to success. Getting the work done, and having fun with it.


Even ‘though I haven't stuck to the same regime since, I have kept most of the weight off (5 months later) as I now naturally eat whatever I like - with an awareness of keeping things in balance. 


Di’s warmth, care and passion to help people is just lovely to be surrounded by as you go through the transformation. She so cleverly masters the science and makes it simple and personalised for you. I just did as I was told, it wasn't hard to follow, didn’t take loads of time and for me, I got exactly what I wanted - I stopped the middle aged downhill slide and reclaimed my strong, sporty self. And I no longer have to sift through my wardrobe looking for tops that hide my belly.

I signed up to Di's 12 week transformation as a gift to my future self. At the age of 46 I wanted to give my older self a fighting chance of being strong and healthy by building up muscle now.


There is nothing like starting your day with a huge dose of endorphins. In a senior role for a company going through crisis, I cannot express enough how the workouts enabled me to cope mentally, emotionally and physically with exceptional demands in my life. And I slept so deeply at night!


Di's approach was always pitched perfectly.
