“I hadn’t liked my body for 15 years. I wasn’t overweight but I wasn’t toned either. Now I love my body! I feel strong and confident - that’s the real transformation I achieved”
(Age 47, post menopausal)
Transformation case study
This is a 44 year old mother of two young girls.
This was achieved in 12 weeks. She completed two strength training sessions a week along with one run and one HIT session. In 12 weeks she went from doing 3 full push ups to 25 in a row.
She went from 64kg to 58kg in 12 weeks whilst still drinking her favourite white wine every Friday and Saturday night.
Most importantly, she’s kept it off for over a year now and continues to strength train twice a week.
Di was born to inspire and motivate! You feel like she is there for you 150% and is really invested in helping you achieve the results you want.
I was amazed by the results of my 12 week transformation – not just the weight loss but by how strong, toned and confident it made me feel.
I had never really done any strength training before this, but I absolutely loved it.
Di made it fun (even though it was really hard at times) and achievable.
I have carried on strength training myself, and aim to do Di's circuit sessions anytime I can.
Di Hall’s 12 week program was a game changer for me.
I have always tried to find the right balance between diet and exercise to maintain the weight I feel most comfortable at.
Gaining strength, definition and a leaner body has been amazing - in the 12 weeks I went from not being able to do a single push up to 21 consecutive and I continue to get stronger.
Di is a kind and motivating trainer and her knowledge is brilliant.
Wow, I don’t know where to start! I have never done anything like this past 12 weeks and I have ABSOLUTELY loved it.
No diet or exercise has had such an effect on me, I feel like my body has changed so much.
I feel SO much better and more confident, and am just so pleased to have done it.
Di has been a fantastic coach, her support and encouragement has been non-stop and has made such a difference.
I’ve also realised I can push myself further than I thought I could!
