Transformation case study

This is a 44 year old mother of two young girls.

 

This was achieved in 12 weeks. She completed two strength training sessions a week along with one run and one HIT session. In 12 weeks she went from doing 3 full push ups to 25 in a row.

 

She went from 64kg to 58kg in 12 weeks whilst still drinking her favourite white wine every Friday and Saturday night.

 

Most importantly, she’s kept it off for over a year now and continues to strength train twice a week.
