Transformation case study

This is a 44 year old mother of two young girls.

 

This was achieved in 12 weeks. She completed two strength training sessions a week along with one run and one HIT session. In 12 weeks she went from doing 3 full push ups to 25 in a row.

 

She went from 64kg to 58kg (1 stone) in 12 weeks whilst still drinking her favourite white wine every Friday and Saturday night.

 

Most importantly, she’s kept it off for over a year now and continues to strength train twice a week.

Di was born to inspire and motivate! You feel like she is there for you 150% and is really invested in helping you achieve the results you want.
